Managing Adobe Acrobat Pro on RDS

I have Adobe Pro installed and working fine on Remote Desktop Services (RDS).  However when I launch an RDS Session that uses Adobe Acrobat Pro and then I log out of the RDS Session Adobe Pro is left signed in.  So after a few times it says I have RDS running too many times and I have to cancel one..  Can RDS be configured on RDS such that it signs out when the session ends or even if it could sign out after a certain amount of inactivity time?   Would much appreciate support suggestions.
