manipulate the acrobat without close it

it that a way of rename, move or delete the pdf file without close it? 

the windows allow it with the image files (jpg) and it is better.

I would like to make the same with pdf files without the message below:

Hi @ametista society ,

Those features are not supported in Adobe Acrobat at this time, I'm afraid.
