How do I change the margins permanantly in form text fields?

Hi Bernd,

I want to adjust the margins so that there is not a big gap at the top of the text box, so I can maximise the amount of text I can get in the box. I've seen in other post about the floating toolbar that you can activate using Control E, but this does not allow you to adjust the margins.
