Mass erase all hand written notes on a pdf

I use Acrobat Pro DC.  I have a form that I use for my job, where I fill in the form with a digital pen. There's an eraser function to erase incorrect notes.  I'm posting here to find out if there's a "mass erase" tool to erase the entire form of hand written notes, with one click of the mouse or 1 command. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to erase the complete form on one mouse click

Would you mind sharing how you have created the PDF form and what is the workflow/steps you did to fill the form.

You may try the steps below and see if that works for you:

Open the PDF form > Go to Tools > Prepare form > in the right hand pane, click on More and from the context menu click on 'Clear Form'

Open the Comments panel. Under the Comments List section at the bottom click the Filter Comments icon and select Type - Pencil:

This will cause only the Pencil comments to appear in the list. Click into it and press Ctrl+A to select all comments, then Delete to remove them. Then change the filter back to All, and you're done!
