Mass "Remove Me" from pdfs shared with me

Is there a way to remove myself from all pdfs shared with me without doing it one by one? My Adobe keeps crashing, so I wonder if it's all these shared pdfs making the system laggy. I have probably 200 pdfs shared with me that I don't need anymore.
