Measurement Tool Crosshair Color Change

Sorry if this is a repost, but I could not locate anything related to it anywhere online.

I am using Adobe Acrobat X Pro.

I have set the custom Page Background to Black, Document Text to any other color (I went with Green), while checking both boxes for "Only change the color of black text or line art" and "Change the color of line art as well as text". I did this in order to view all of the information of an AutoCAD drawing (if not, then lines & infomation would disappear into the Page Background color).

What I have noticed is that when the Page Background is Black, you can not see the Measurement Tool Crosshair (Pointer) when you hover over any portion of the Black Page Background.

Is there anyway to change this Crosshair (Pointer) color so that it may be visible while traversing over any of the Black Page Background? I have tried everything that I could think of within the Preferences Section and nothing works. I am begining to think that changing the Page Background to another color may be my only option. I don't want to do this because the color scheme looks pretty bitchin if you ask me.

Thank you for reaching out.

Would like to inform you that Acrobat X is a very old and unsupported application version. You may experience issues while working with this application version on the latest OS.

As you looking for an option to change the pointer color, it cannot be done from the application itself.

You may try changing the pointer properties on your system. Go to Windows Settings > Devices > Mouse > Additional mouse options > Pointers. Select the "Precision select" from the list under customize and then change the scheme as required.

Check if that works.

Yeah... that didn't work. Is it possible for me to open the cursor .CUR file and change the Precision Select color within that file? And will it show up on the screen as the color in which I choose? This sounds like it could work.

Or are there any other solutions without having to learn how to use another program in order to access it?

Oh I forgot to menchion. I did find a pointer option where you press the CTRL button and it shows the location of the pointer. This offers a possible solution to at least know the whereabouts of the Measurement Tool Crosshair. But... it's still not what I am looking for.

Still looking for an absolute solution for this if anyone happens to have any ideas. I would appreciate it greatly.
