I would like to do two things (reverse of each other, depending on the file):
- "Stitch" different pages from a scan into 1 page. I know how to make 1 document with organize pages, but just want to select the content from 1 page and put into another page. I scanned some very old recipes that tore in half and others that are front/back, but all small "pages" that I would like to put on 1 page.
- Separate images from 1 page into multiple pages. Essentially the reverse fo the above. Two recipes on 1 page (from a flatbead scanner). Want to make them separate documents. I think I could duplicate the file, then crop the page to each content, but not sure if that is the best way.
Thanks!

The easiest way would probably be to place the scans into InDesign and move/ size/ crop them as desired, then export to a new pdf. Another option for recombining the torn pages would be to use Photoshop- File> Automate> Photomerge, this will combine two images that overlap, or fit together.

Thanks. Will have to find InDesign - never used it and not sure if I have it. Definitely do not have Photoshop (just Adobe Pro)
