Metadata & File Info in Adobe Acrobat Pro

In Adobe Acrobat, is it possible who and when something was created if the Metadata is empty in the properties?

Details like date of creates, who created the document, any of that type of info that would give insight to the document itself. We are trying to audit some PDFs and coming up empty.

Is there any other way to check?

Thank you!

So if it's empty it means there is no info at all?
