Hello,
I'm facing an issue with the print function of my Adobe Acrobat Pro - 2020 installation on my Windows 11 OS on a Lenovo laptop.
Any time I open an unprotected .pdf file or rather a .pdf file that can still be edited and I start the print function, it takes about 30 seconds to a minute to open the print window. However, my issue also extends to after the print window is opened. When I select Microsoft Print to PDF and click "Print" the window disappears but nothing happens. Any assistance with this is greatly appreciated.

Update: Currently still facing this issue. My problem has come down to an issue inside of opening the print dialogue. I am unable to open Print Properties and when clicking Print nothing happens on all available printers. I saw that there was a bug previously for this which was resolved by an Adobe Patch Update, but it seems to have come back in my version of Adobe Acrobat. I'm updated to the current version of 2020.005.30636. I've also tried to get the .msp file for the Februrary 2018 patch version and editing the registry which has not given me any resolution to the issue so far.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Please check for any pending/missing updates for printer driver and firmware and try updating it and check.
You may also try to remove the printer driver from the computer, reboot and reinstall it from the printer manufacturers website and see if that helps.
As you have the latest version of the application and the issue still occurs, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4eecSNv), reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the link (https://adobe.ly/4emy2sQ)

Hi, we have the same issue when try to print with Adobe Acrobat Pro on WIndows 11, even for new pc with fresh Adobe installation. Windows 10 instead, no problem.
With Windows 11, we tried your Cleaner tools, but with no result.

I have the same issue with a fresh install of Acrobat 2020. No matter what PDF I open and edit, opening the print dialog in any fashion causes an indefinite application lockup and "Not Responding" message. In my testing, if I ran as Admin, the print dialog works for all printers. All updates are installed on Win11, print driver and Acrobat.
Support on several other threads has just stated "give the user admin rights" which we cannot and will not do. It's an ongoing issue they refuse to acknowledge.
