Hi,

With the customization wizard, I am making the Pro 64 bits in read only. I am configuring the tools to only see what is need as a reader.

However, after uninstalling Reader and installing Pro the tools pane is remaining as it was before the migration (all tools were present in the pane). If I uninstall Pro and reinstall then the pane is correct.

What am I missing?

Thanks,

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delay.

The 64-bit application is a unified application for Acrobat and Acrobat Reader. If you have installed Acrobat Reader 64-bit and you purchase an Acrobat subscription, the Acrobat Reader 64-bit application will upgrade to become a fully functional Acrobat 64-bit application.

For more information please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/about-acrobat-reader-dc-migration-to-64-bit.html

Regards

Amal
