Missing PDFMaker Files error when combining files in Acrobat

New Here ,

This morning my Office365 products updated and now when I try to combine files in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I get the error "Missing PDFMaker files". Do I need to wait for Adobe to issue an update to fix the issue? Any suggestions.

Hi samanthap83433755,

Check if there is an update available for Acrobat by clicking Check for Updates under Help

You may also visit this link to download updates manually:

Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows

Adobe - Acrobat : For Macintosh

If that doesn't work, try repairing Acrobat DC by clicking "Repair Installation" under "Help" menu and see if that resolves the issue.

Reboot the machine after Repair and try again.

You may also refer to the following link discussing the same issue:

Missing PDFMaker file

What is the version of Acrobat installed on the computer?

To check the version, click About Adobe Acrobat DC under Help menu

Which Operating System is installed on the machine?

Awaiting your response.
