Modifier PDF

Bonjour 

je voudrais modifier un PDF, enlever des phrases et mettre un autre texte à la place mais je n'y arrive pas.

Il y a pleins de cases, dans les grandes cases je ne peux pas sélectionner la phrase que je veux enlever, ça m'enleve tout et quand je veux écrire les textes se mélangent c'est écrit par dessus 

Merci de m'aider, ça fait 2 jours que j'essaie et je suis désespérée.

Editing the static contents of PDF files is not recommended, and can often be very difficult. You should go back to the original file used to create the PDF and make the changes there, and then create a new PDF file. Or, if you don't have access to this file, export the PDF to an editable format (like Word, InDesign, FrameMaker, etc.), and use that as the new source file.

try67 a raison, dans la mesure du possible il vaut mieux modifier le document original et générer un nouveau PDF.

Merci pour vos réponses ça marche il y a encore juste un petit problème sur la police 

je n arrive pas à avoir la même police quand je clique dessus il n y a pas le nom de la police 

et aussi sur les traits de colonnes elles sont des fois déplacées ou en gras 

pouvez vous m aider ?

problème de police je n ai pas la même police quand je convertis mon pdf en world et la police est inconnue 

peut on garder la police en convertissant sous un autre logiciel que Word?

You can determine the font information using the Output Preview tool in Acrobat (Tools> Print Production> Output Preview), if the type is outlined or rastered, you can try using an online tool such as WhatTheFont https://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ to identify the font. Another option is to place the original PDF into InDesign and set new type on top of the old, then open the linked PDF in Acrobat and delete the old type, then export a new PDF from InDesign. Tip: temporarily reduce the opacity of the placed PDF, which will make it easier to see your new type.
