More tools, buttons to add bookmarks and attached files not showing.

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2022.001.20169 (Swedish language)

 

The Buttons and text for More tools is missing, also missing are buttons to add bookmarks and attach files.

 

It was reinstalled on friday after i noticed the missing buttons, I've also tried Help -> Repair.
