Most of the Tools in Acrobat do nothing but open up blank popup windows

For multiple years now the Combine Files, Edit PDF, Fill & Sign, Export PDF, and Organize Pages tools do not work. Whenever I try to use them I get a couple of different problems, but the most common is a blank popup window. And that is all that happens.

This first picture is the outcome of trying to use the Combine Files, Edit PDF, Export PDF, or the Organize Pages  tool. Nothing happens after this, nothing is loading within the blank window. It's just a useless window that stops me from using either tool. Also, when trying to use any editing options from the Edit tab (Add Text, Add Image, Add Text & Images, Rotate Pages...), they all do nothing but open the same empty popup window.

This second picture is when I try to add my signature in the Fill & Sign tool. Surprisingly enough, the Text option and checkmarks do actually work! When I try alternative methods to add my signature, such as Edit -> Add Image, I get the same blank popup window as mentioned above.

The Organize Pages tool, usually opens the same empty popup window as mentioned above, unless the Tool Bar on the right side of the screen is minimized at the time when you click on it. Don't know why that makes a difference, but it does. then you get this nice layout of all the pages, until you try to move, rotate, or do anything to any of the pages. Then you get a blank popup window, but without the Exit button, fortunately the Esc key exits it.

While searching for a solution, I keep finding the same generic (garbage) response of making sure your version of Acrobat is up to date, which brings up another problem. Everywhere I look, my Acrobat says it will update automatically, which it is not (Adobe Acrobat Pro DC | Version 2022.001.20142). And the manual Help -> Check For Updates gives me this Error: 301

I hinted that I don't believe updating Acrobat will fix the problem because (although I don't know exactly when/why my Acrobat stopped updating), but this blank popup window problem had been an issue for years before that.

Also, I no longer have a paid subscription plan for Adobe and I use a Mac (unfortunately).

Hi @cant launch with Yosemite,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

To test, would you mind going to the View Menu-> Enable New Acrobat-> Restart and check if this helps?

If not, please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3WgAs4E, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3DWLNAJ and see if that works for you.
