Mouse scrolling in the content window of Adobe Pro is no longer possible

Hallo,
mein Kollege und ich haben seit heute das Problem, dass wir im Inhaltsfenster oder im Tag-Fenster nicht mehr mit dem Mausrad scrollen können. Dies funktioniert nur noch über die Scrollbarr, was sehr umständlich ist und viel Zeit erfodert.

 

Da es bei mir und meinem Kollegen aufgetreten ist, gehe ich von einem allgemeinen Fehler in Adobe aus?

Hat vielleicht jemand eine Idee?

The issue has been resolved in the latest optional update. Please update the application using the following steps:

Go to Menu > Help > Check for updates. 

For more information on the latest updates, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html

Ich habe genau das gleiche Problem seit gestern (18.06.2024). Das kostet enorm viel Zeit und ist wirklich sehr umständlich. Ich arbeite beruflich damit und das ist gerade extrem mühsam.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused. We are aware of this issue in the latest release and have been working on it on prioirty basis towards fixing the same.
