Moving custom dynamic stamp with entry fields from one computer to another

I have located the original stamp file on the old PC and moved it to the same folder on the new PC. The stamp file is not available in the list of stamps likely because there must be some system file on the old computer that  needs to move to the new computer. I am hoping my suspicion is correct and there is a simply solution. Otherwise, I have tried and tried to recreate the stamp on the new computer but cannot get the entry fields to work. I have read all the posts and I have watched several videos and none have solved my issue.
