Hello,
This morning I moved a user in our admin portal from adobe standard to adobe pro. In the past, all that was needed was a logout and back in for the CC to apply the updated license to unlock the features. However, it's still opening as standard.
Is there a wait time, or will we need to uninstall and reinstall to apply the license?

You need to unistall standard and install Pro.

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

and Download the Acrobat installer from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
Once done, the user will be able to access the Acrobat Pro feature.
