MP4 video into PDF -- only audio is playing (so no picture)

As per the title, I am try to place a simple video in a PDF file using Rich Media.

When I play it the only thing that shows is a squiggly line emulating the audio.

Please note I have tried this on multiple PDF files.

Particulars are: Windows 11, NVidia driver updated.

Help or suggestions certainly needed!

Could you please share the workflow you are using to add the video to the PDF?

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording.

Share the sample PDF so we can check it on our end. It will help investigate this issue.

Share the Acrobat and OS version numbers.
