Hi,

I'm trying to add a html signature into the "message text box" of the acrobat DC word serial email/mail merge plugin. I'll try to send the main mesage as pdf (series letter) but like to have a proper e-mail signature in my company design.

Seems the plugin does not interprets html. Is there any way to get other things than plain text into the message text/body of the mail (with the attached individualized pdf)?

Thanks! Ulf

Hi ulfm40037188,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

Would you mind sharing the step-by-step workflow you do?

It would be helpful if you could elaborate and share the screenshots for better understanding.

Share the application and OS version in use.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Dear Meenakshi,

thank you. I have attached a screenshot with the message text box in which I want to add FORMATTED TEXT (a html email signature).

Hope you can help. Otherwise see it as a feature request,
