Multi Line and Auto Size Text Box

I have a text box that should be Multi-line and should scroll long text. I have changed the font size to auto, I have unchecked "Allow Rich Text Formatting" and I have no idea why it's not working.

Auto font size does not work with RTF. It's either one or the other.
