Multipage calculated document

I am working on a small four page catalog with six to eight items per page. The client wants to add price,  and let a customer inert the the quantity to for each item ordered to calculate a total purchase per item. Then he wants a grand total for all four pages  on the last page. Essentially using the catalog as an order form,  I am creating the form/catalog in In Design.

My question is, can the Acrobat calculation function to total several pages and if not, is there a work around?
