Multiple digital signatures needed for approval workflow, however, workflow dictates that before next approves signs they must answer assessment questions pertaining to their business function.  For instance, the 1st signator is the requestor's manager. The 2nd signator is IT and must answer questions and then signs, 3rd signator is IT Security who performs an assessment, answers questions and then signs.  Is this possible using Adobe?  Thanks in advance!

Hi Teresa,

Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, the workflow you have mentioned can be achieved using the Adobe Acrobat Sign.

In Acrobat Sign, you may create the form field and assign it to the respective signer. You can add the email address of the signers in the order you wish to receive the signature.

Please refer to the following help document for more information on how it works: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/how-to/get-started-with-adobe-sign.html.

You may find the tutorial over here: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/tutorials.html.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
