Hi there.

I could not share files in Pro DC and also can't convert my files using the panels. Tried many of the solutions here but to no avail.

Then decided to uninstall it and was prompted with the message:

"This patch package could not be opened.Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package"

Additionally, I also got another error - 1635 before deciding to install.

Help is needed! Any idea(s)?

Thanks.

Try running a Repair Installation from the Help menu.

Thanks but still didn't work. In the end, got Microsoft to rectify the error.

Hi there,

As mentioned that you are getting the above error message, adding to the suggestion by "try67" kindly try these steps too if you still face the issue and let us know if that helps.

Run Microsoft Installation fixer.

If you still see the error, use the Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove traces of any previous installation, and then reinstall the app from this link: Adobe Acrobat.

Thanks,

Harsh
