My Acrobat keeps asking me to validate but complaining that my computer is offline.

My computer is connected to the internet but the validation is not working. I do have

a valid serial number and product key though.

Please help me with your insight and expertise.

Please check your connection to Adobe servers and try to reset the host files manually as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html and see if that works.

 

Also Acrobat XI is an EOL application. for more details please check the page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-xi-reader-xi.html
