Hi, my acrobat professional DC 2015 (for Mac) keeps hanging when I click tools to fill and sign a document. Can you kindly tell me what is the issue and how to resolve it? My Acrobat is up to date but Adobe says support is no longer available for my product version.
Thanks Amal, I was told the support and updates for my Adobe Acrobat DC Pro 2015 has stopped and hence it may not support my current macOS Monterey. I guess I have to change to monthly subscription or buy a new license which is quite frustrating because I paid for the license only 7 years ago and the support is no more there.
