My NVNe C drive corrupted & failed. I lost Adobe 2020 while active on the C Drive. Replaced NVMe C drive. Attempted to reinstall Adobe 2020 & Adobe wont let. I have softwrae registerd with Adobe, serial #, etc. Can't find how to talk to anyone, a human being,  to release serial # so I can reinstall on new C drive. Am I out of luck or what? Not fair at all. I paid $$$. License is legit.

Hi @brikwall,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

In case you are still looking for a solution, here is something you can try:

1. If you have access to your email account, go to https://adobe.ly/4hrAvDj and remove any additional devices.

2. Login in to https://adobe.ly/3ELqan6 and scroll down to the active sessions section. Remove all the entries that you see there.

Once done, try installing the application again.

Hope this helps.
