My paid adobe acobat not able to Open

as the Subject, the error message as " a funning instance of Acobat has caused and error ", and at the first time it shown up , i have deleted the app and reinstalled it to make sure it is the lastest version.

 

My due day is coming soon!!! need a help desperately.

 

If not able to sovle the issue, might please refund my subscribtion??

@doraz_6843  The error "a running instance of Acrobat has caused an error" usually means that Acrobat (or a related process) is still running in the background, even if you don't see the main window. Your reinstallation should have addressed this, but sometimes remnants linger.  Wait until it is 100% complete.

Then re-install the software

Use Adobe Cleaner Tool to fix the many common problems (such as removing old Adobe software, cleaning corrupt installation files, and fixing your host files to establish a connection with Adobe servers).
