My PDF file is not converting to Excel right

I'm trying to convert a PDF file to excel. This pdf file have 1020 pages and I'm trying to convert these tables of informations into excel file But It turns into a mess.

This is the tables of informations I'm trying to convert to excel:

Check if this as you need to export the file.

Could you please share the exact version of the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC? Take help of the steps mentioned here Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC to check that.

What is the MS office version you are using on your system?
