My Simulation Profile always comes up as Adobe RGB... Help?

I know that I can set my default profile as "Photoshop 5 CMYK" but I want it to use the profile I already have in my PDF. Shouldn't acrobat know if it's native color space is CMYK vs RGB and populate that field accordingly?   Heck, I even have all my color setting synched via Bridge.

Any way I can get them to come up with the profile they were saved with? (Typically GRACoL_2013_CRPC6.icc)
