não consigo abrir o link em um documento pdf

não consigo abrir o link em um documento pdf, ou seja, meu cursor não se transforma em uma seta e quando passa em cima de uma expressão do tipo link (em azul, sublinhada), ele não se transforma em uma mãozinha com o dedo indicador apontado, para remeter ao conteúdo daquele link. Fica aparecendo o cursor "I" e quando passa em cima da expressão, nada acontece. Na barra de ferramentas já testei as opções sem sucesso.

Are you sure there's an actual link there? Just because the text is blue with an underline doesn't mean it's an actual link.

Can you share a sample file with us?

Would you mind sharing how the links were created in the PDF file? Also, is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Please share the file with us for testing. Upload the file to the document cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/) generate the link and share it with us.

Please try the following preferences settings and see if that helps:

Go to Edit (Windows), Adobe Acrobat / Reader DC (Mac) > Preferences > General > Select 'Create links from the URL'> Click OK and check.
