Não consigo assinar com certificado digital

Concerto o documento em pdf e prossigo até a tela final de "assinar". Abre a caixa da assinatura mas depois quando chega a parte de concluir não avança,
O programa não bloqueia, mas não avança. só permite voltar atrás... e não consigo finalizar a assinatura. Já desinstalei o programa, refiz um documento para teste e o passo final de "assinar" não conclui a assinatura digital. 
Detalhe: há alguns meses utilizei o Acrobat e foi tudo muito simples e consegui assinar sem nenhuma dificuldade. O que faço?

Would you mind sharing the screen recording of the workflow you are following for better understand?

Also, please share the below pieces of information:

1. The application version of Acrobat DC;

2. The Operating system and its version;

Please try repairing the application by going to Help-> Repair Installation.
