Nach Neuinstallation kein Adobe Fenster

Hallo, Ich habe über meinen Adobe Account Acrobat Pro neu installiert.

Beim Doppelklick auf das Desktop Icon wird Acrobat laut Taskmanager gestartet. Es wird jedoch kein Fenster angezeigt.

Woran könnte es liegen?

Would you mind letting us know the app version of Acrobat you are using? Have you tried installing the latest version (2025.001.2043x)?

If this does not work please help us gather logs from your machine: https://adobe.ly/4l1gBRA. Please make sure Procmon is selected. You can upload logs using this tool and share your Unique log ID with us.

Danke für deine Antwort.

Ich habe die angebotene Acrobat Version aus dem Cretiv Cloud Desktop heruntergeladen und installiert.

Wird dort nicht die neueste Version angeboten ?

Ich versuche es jetzt mal mit der angebotenen Version aus dem Link.

Allerdings sind mir *.msp Files nicht bekannt. 

Ich hoffe mein Schtuz reicht nach der Installation aus, meine PC noch zu retten. 😉
