I have an Adobe® Illustrator® CS5.1 in a CD format. Using a Serial number for installation. I have used it on a computer and that cumpoter stopped working. Now when I want it to install it on different computer, but it says I have reached maximum number of license use. I need to somehow remove license from a computer I have no access to. Is there any work around?

@jan_5245 The short answer is that there's no easy workaround to remotely "deactivate" a license from a non-functioning or inaccessible computer. Even Adobe customer support will also tell you that CS5.1 is no longer supported as Adobe no longer provides updates, security patches and services ended around 2014. As well, it won't work on modern Windows 11 or Mac OS
