Need Acrobat 11 WIN 10 upgrade wiped it out

Win 10 upgrade wiped HD clean, lost Acrobat 11 and PhotoShop Elements 12.  Adobe cust svce verified I do own the products and suggested this forum for help getting link to download them again.  can ANYONE help?  many thanks.

Not really. If you didn't save the installers or buy them originally as a digital download, you're pretty much out of luck.

Also, Acrobat XI is not officially compatible with Windows 10, so problems are to be expected, even if you did manage to install it.
