Need help changing text direction

Hello. I have a scanned book written in traditional Chinese. The characters are set vertically, from right to left. I want to edit the characters so that they can be read from left to right horizontally. I have run OCR and am stuck at the text format. Tired rotate page but with no luck. Does anyone know how to rotate the text? Any help would be appreciated.

This is not something you should be attempting to do in Acrobat. Move the file to a different format (like Photoshop or InDesign) and do it there.
