Please help. I do not want the free trial.
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. Would you mind sharing a bit more information about the issue you are experiencing? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.
Do you have Acrobat Pro DC (Paid subscription) or Acrobat Reader DC (Freeware application) and what is its version? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat.
Please try to sign out of the application, reboot the computer once and re-login with the same Adobe ID and check if that works for you.
