Need help with broken Adobe Acrobat Pro

This has happened since first installing it on my computer. Repairing, updating, and reinstalling haven't changed anything and I'm at my wits end. Acrobat Pro is completely broken. Missing UI elements, right clicking causes a generic error message, and I can't close a file without using task manager. It doesn't matter what PDF it is. It works better if acrobat is opened but no pdf is open, but some UI elements are still missing and loading any kind of pdf file breaks it even more.

attached are screeenshots showing the broken UI. I'm running windows 11 pro on an AMD Ryzen 2600, X570 motherboard, 3060ti, 32gigs of 3600 ram.

I was able to find a workaround:

1. Use the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

2. Restart your computer

3. Install the 32-bit application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

You aren't alone, multiple people are experiencing this issue since the Jamuary 10th update. Multiple posts have been made about the issue but none of the suggested solutions have worked. They haven't said whether they are attempting to resolve the issue on their end.

this worked for me. I didn't have to use the cleaner tool. just uninstalled the 64bit version and installed the 32bit version and it's working fine
