Am trying to use my acrobat reader on my iPhone to request e signatures on a pdf file, I received an error saying unable to complete request, access token is invalid or has expired. If I'm paying a my monthly subscription I should have access, where am I going wrong?

Please check if you receive the error only on the Acrobat Reader application.

Try sending document for signature using Acrobat Online account. Open the link https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and sign in using your Adobe ID.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message you received?

Is it the first time you are using the service? Or was it working fine before?
