Hello,
I need to activate Acrobat Classic 2020 using the adobe_prtk tool, or some similar new tool.
Currently when I use adobe_prtk I receive an "Error 14" which has no explaination.
I cannot have people signed into my account. This worked great for Acrobat Classic 2017, and I need to continue this policy.
Thank you in Advnace for any help.

Hey!
Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.
We did check your Adobe account using the email address used to sign-in to the community. You have three individual Acrobat 2020 licenses listed under your account.
It seems that you are referring to the Acrobat enterprise tool kit. Please refer to this link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/index.html for more information about this tool.
Let us know if you have any questions or referring to something else.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hi, thanks for the response, but that doesn't help.
On all of may Acrobat Standard 2017 (classic) installations I was able to run the following command to activate: "adobe_prtk.exxe --tool=Serialize --leid=V7{}AcrobatESR-17-Win-GM --serial=1016xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx --regsuppress=ss"
On the new Acrobat Standard 2020 (classic) I attempted this command to activate them: "adobe_prtk.exxe --tool=Serialize --leid=V7{}AcrobatESR-20-Win-GM --serial=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx --regsuppress=ss" But this resulted in Error Code 14, which has no description.
Can you please let me know how to activate Acrobat Standard 2020 (classic)?

Can anyone help me with this?
I have 6 new computers to configure this week. If I can't get this to work I'm going to have to look for another solution.
