Going to sue Adobe for malicious consumer practices.
I got an Acrobat Pro subscription because I needed to convert one PDF into a smaller size. Done. Missed the two-week free cancellation window because there was no option anywhere in my account overview. I've spent the last two hours trying to figure out why, when I try to manage my plan, I get a little message saying "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly". It said that a month ago when I signed up, it's still there now. I hate you people. I swear to Christ someone better help me cancel this garbage product or I will be invoking the FTC October 2021 "Enforcement Policy Statement Regarding Negative Option Marketing" to come after your company.
