Hi
I need to show an active pdf form by clicking on a website button. The active form have to appears in a browser window. The form must have a button. When the user will finish to complete the form fields he will need to chick the button. This button will send a copy of the completed form to a specific email address.
Can Acrobat do this? Which Acrobat application can do this and how?
Thank you
GJ
Acrobat can't do this, because the browsers (except IE) block Acrobat from doing it. Each browser has its own PDF engine. The form handling is very variable and sometimes does not work, or does not exist. If you need it to work in any browser, forget PDF forms. Use HTML forms, they work well.
Also, forget absolutely the idea of emailing the form. That's a toy for testing, not for live or commercial use. You need to submit forms to a secure web server, programmed by a specialist.
