New Comments are not showing for everyone on Shared Review with SharePoint Online

I have a document uploaded to Sharepoint for shared review.

 

Some users are seeing all the comments applied to the document while others are not.

 

Please let me know if I can add any additonal information to help you understand this problem more!

* Just found out that I can see the comments in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC but not in Adobe Acrobat DC

* Another Update: New comments applied in both applications get applied to both documents. Its seems as the older comments are not appearing are not appearing in Adobe Pro
