Change for change's sake is just not productive! Tools that used to be along the top are now along the top, left and right. I have to look all over the screen to find what used to be conveniently in one place. No, Adobe -- just no!

Hope you are doing well
We acknowledge that the new Acrobat represents a notable change; however, we hope that as you get familiar with the new interface, you can be more productive and get more out of Acrobat.
We are actively working on all the feedbacks and we will address them with the highest priority.
If your critical workflows are impacted, you can switch to the old UI from the “Menu” on the top left corner of Windows and View Menu on MacOS. for more information about the new Acrobat please check the link https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/learn-about-new-acrobat/td-p/14078856

You're not alone!
As a fellow user, I don't like to be told by an engineer that I'll get use to it. Granted, the older interface while functional, could have benefitted from a facelift. But what we got is an incomprehsible mess of tiny grey icons with no discernable meaning to most users.
