Hi Team,

I have recently installed the new Acrobat 2023 on my MacbookPro and don't see the new UI or any option to switch to the new UI. I had this option to swap between the UI earlier when did upgrade from 2022 to the latest version, and it is not available on the clean/new installation. Is this new UI removed or are there any changes to be made in the settings to enable the new UI?

Hi Sagar Chunduru and JR Boulay,

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please share the screenshot of the available option under the View menu in Acrobat?

Try installing Acrobat from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html, and check if you get the new UI or the option to switch.

We will check with the team if the options do not appear. Please share the Mac OS version number.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Got the option to switch between installing it now. Can you please confirm if the new UI is available with all users or some selective users? Please confirm.Screenshot 2023-05-22 at 6.53.18 PM.png

It's a lottery. Some people get it, some don't. (I don't mean, something is wrong, so it's a lottery. I mean, that's what Adobe decided to do, make it a lottery. Bit of a shame if you've invested in learning it, then get a new computer that didn't win that lottery.

Hello. Has this been solved at all? I have a Mac with one user account for work and a separate user account for personal use (both separate Adobe CC subscriptions). My "work" Acrobat is running the latest UI while my "personal" account the older one (?) and this Acrobat shows no option to swith to the new UI (?!)

This is the very same app by the way, just running under differenet Mac and Adobe accounts...  So, what's the angle, eh?

Hello Sagar Chunduru. It looks like you read my comment and marked it "Correct Answer" ? Can you offer some guidance, please? What's the way to switch to the new UI on a Mac?
