Hola,
después de cargar en la zona de certificados (Preferencias > Firmas) IDENTIDADES y CERTIFICADOS de CONFIANZA el certificado digital, no veo que haya forma de que al acto de firmar esto se utilice y no se como hacerlo. No me aparece ningúna opción para escoger usar mi certificado digital
Haciendo CTRL+D puedo ver que el documento puede ser firmado

Can you share the steps you take to sign a document?
Are you adding a signing field in your document or just signing it? There is a difference between 'Sign yourself' and 'Digitally Sign'

Yes sure. However there is no digital signature option that I can see
I have also (not always) included a scanned graphical signature.
I am just signing it.
1) open the pdf document to be signed
2) click on main menu item Sign > Fill up & Sign (Firmar > Rellenar y firmar)
3) at this point I am asked to sign (see attached file)
4) a signature is produced using the default acrobat method
