No edit menu in the sidebar.

I tried reinstalling and restaring twice. I can't see the edit, convert menu in the sidebar. The same with e-sign. When I go to All tools, they are there but when I click edit, I get moved to the edit sidebar and there is nothing there... I tried different files.

@defaultkcenuc891ott I am using Acrobat Pro, and I am able to edit and see the e-sign. The first thing I thought was of what version you have. The screenshots shown (latter two) tells me, that you might be using the Acrobat Reader which has limited features. To have the features that you want, you would need to upgrade Acrobat.

If by chance you do have the higher versions, then I would check to see if you are logged into the right Adobe account on adobe.com, and try again.

I have Creative Cloud subscription, full package. I am logged. The problem is with those options visible in sidebar. How can I reach official support?
