I have spent over two hours trying to get adobe to put all our company accounts on one plan. They not only don't seam to be able to do this. They don't even understand why I would want. Now They will not allow me to cancel the 7 multiple accounts we have. It appeaers the only way to do this is stop payment on the credit card.

Do NOT do that. It won't cancel your subscriptions, just get you in debt with them.
I recommend you try contacting them again. Maybe ask to speak to a different rep., or a supervisor.
There's really not much any of us here can do to help you with this issue, I'm afraid.
