No longer will convert files

Up until last week, I was able to convert PowerPoint slides to PDFs. Now every time I try, I get an error. I've tried several different files to make sure the file I was trying to convert wasn't corrupted, but it still won't work. Also when I try to send the file to myself via email, I get an error. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Logging out logging back in. Restarting my iPad and phone. Nothing is working! HELP

Many online services are not working due to issues with AWS. This is what happens when you rely on web-based services, instead of ones that run locally on your machine...
