No 'OK' in javascript calculation

Am doing a calculation in Forms for the first time.  I enter (what I believe to be the correct) script, but the option to press 'OK' does not show - the Javascript editor only shows 'cancel' or 'go to'.  I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but would appreciate all advice.

Make the editor field larger.

I'm having the same problem but this recommendation to correct it did not work.  Any other ideas?
