No puedo abrir más de un fichero con Acrobat DC 2020

Buenas tardes. Acabo de instalar Acrobat DC 2020 en un portátil con Windows 10. El programa abre normalmente el primer fichero, pero aborta, sin ningún mensaje de error, cuando intento abrir otro fichero más.

¿Alguna solución?
